Marketing MessagingMarketers sometimes fall into the trap of changing their message too often. They want to keep things fresh. They don’t want customers or prospects to get bored. The thing is, we’re the ones who hear our messages all the time. We’re the ones who get bored. Our customers and prospects may not have even gotten the message yet. And even if they have, they probably need to hear it again (assuming we’ve got the right message for the right audience).
